Anyone spare/know a chef?

Hi guys,
so....
Im looking for someone to come give me a dig out for a few months or permanent, chef d partie level who will work their arse off in a nice place, we'll help find them accomodation etc, nights only so no split shifts etc, were currently finalising the new dining room so its a hybrid of the old bar menu and my dining room menu for the next month or so.

German not required , just an ability to point, grunt, handgesture and obviously speak louder to get your point accross.

Were bang in the middle of university district, so lots of nightlife and its extremely friendly here = hangovers.

All jokes aside, someone with high standards, decent work ethic and preferably no ties or family, a young feller or girl who wants to travel a bit and go back for the summer.
