Stumbled upon this just after Christmas – 30 Dec
Indie Dhaba 21-26 South Anne Street, Dublin 2

Apparently they just opened a few days earlier. We were a party of 10 – 4 adults, 6 children and we were the only ones in the Restaurant.
The service was impeccable and the food was gorgeous. (Tasted too much to get into detail here) I will definitely be back!

I was in here last Friday and it was far from empty.

The menu is very intricate and not your typical indian fare.

They really are pushing the boat out with regards to the offerings, plates were larger than you might think. Cool atmosphere (to a point), wish them luck.

They certainly have a substantial marketing budget with plenty of prime time radio advertising. I must admit that the phrase “Indian tapas” sent a cold shiver down my spine when I heard it but the menu looks fairly appealing.

One issue that might work against them is the location…while it appears to be right in the heart of everything, there have been dozens of restaurants in that unit in my lifetime and none of them worked for some reason.
