April 14, 2006 No CommentsSam and Eddie are the co-owners of Fino, a stylish little restaurant cum grown-up tapas bar in London’s Charlotte Street. We were wowed by the cooking when last there so it’s good to have this compilation of (mainly) dishes that would do duty in a tapas fest or, scaled up, would make good main courses, vegetable accompaniments or desserts. The informal fun element comes over well – the authors admit to being ‘keen amateurs’ rather than pro chefs and David oftus does is usual excellent job with the pics. I’d buy this book
